The Learning Support Service at Uxbridge College provides support to a large number of students with a range of needs. We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and the Head of Learning Support.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative responsibilities including producing correspondence and reports, diary management and communicating effectively with students and staff throughout the College. You would also manage and maintain the comprehensive student records database and support the Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review processes.
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good IT skills. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative.
