HR Advisor

The Bedford College Group are seeking a Human Resources professional to join us a HR Advisor in Bedford.

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience of providing professional, confidential and consistent advice and guidance on performance management and employee relations matters to employees at all levels, leading cases through to their outcome. You will also have a broad generalist knowledge, enabling you to support the wider team with key project work linked to the people strategy for the group. Alongside this you will have the confidence to share their knowledge and skills with other members of the team who are at an earlier stage of their development journey in Human Resources.

In terms of qualifications, will ideally have a minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification, however experience plus an ambition to complete this qualification will also be considered, something we can support you with at no cost through professional development.

  • 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
  • 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for part-time
