Storeperson (Electrical Installation)

21 hours per week (0.6FTE)

UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our growing team to support the delivery of teaching. Working within the electrical installation area, your main duties will be supporting the teaching and learning process. As a Storeperson you will contribute to shaping the future of the next generation of engineers providing support to the lecturing team. Previous experience as a Storeperson within any industry and/or practical experience with the engineering industry would be a strong advantage.

The campus is well resourced to deliver a first-class learning experience with a well-balanced mix of lecture theatres, classrooms, laboratories and training workshops.

In addition, you should be a well-motivated self-starter with good communication skills who is able to work effectively with a team. A strong customer-focus and an awareness of the engineering requirements of industry are essential.
