RES Hairdressing & Barbering Lecturer
Part time (3.5 hours on Thursday PM) Temporary until June 2024
Rotherham Education Services (RES) supply casual and temporary staffing to the RNN Group. The RNN Group consists of Rotherham, Dearne Valley and North Notts colleges.
You will deliver Hairdressing (Barbering would be an advantage) to learners at Rotherham College on Thursdays 17:30-21:00. There may also be extra hours available for suitable candidate.
Working with students to ensure they achieve their best potential, you can influence and contribute towards the College's provision in this key area. You will have the opportunity not only to impart your knowledge and expertise to College students, but ultimately will make an impact on the wider community.
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding quality teaching, learning and assessment which will support students to achieve their best no matter what their challenges are to do so, and present yourself as a positive role model to students.
- hold a teaching qualification
- hold the appropriate level professional qualification in relevant subject specialism
- have experience of teaching Hairdressing/Barbering
- be well organised and able to manage your own workload
