Compliance Administrator (Work Based Learning)

The role:
To play a key role within the Contract Compliance team providing a comprehensive service to business delivery partners (College Faculties and External Delivery Partners), ensuring full compliance with the WBL contract specifications in both Wales and England.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all work based learning related documentation throughout the learner life cycle.
- Ensure compliance through the learner/employer paperwork life cycle via first level control audit checks and monitoring against targets.
- Undertake data entry to MAYTAS, Smart Assessor, QL, college and external databases to maintain the learner and employer records for English and Welsh contracts as needed.
About you:
- Welsh Language Skills - Level 4
- Knowledge of entering data accurately into database systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Must be IT literate – can give examples using Word, Email and Excel.
- Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
