Our Engineering & Manufacturing Team are looking for an enthusiastic and caring candidate to take on this vital role as Achievement Coach. The desired candidate will have an understanding of the needs of further education students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams.

You will work closely with our Skills Trainers and Compliance Administration team and therefore require excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You will play a vital role in the pastoral support of our learners and a key part of this will be collaborating with our Compliance Team, monitoring attendance and conducting reviews with employers and apprentices at their place of work; therefore, you will be required to have a full UK drivers licence. Use of OneFile will be an integral part of the role. You may also be required to provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners.
