Our Construction Department is looking to expand the team and is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced technical instructor with knowledge and experience within the painting and decorating industry. You will join a group of passionate and dedicated colleagues who offer innovative and supporting learning to cohorts, which ranges from level 2 and 3. Basford Campus, is a dedicated College centre for Construction, of which you will be working closely with a team of specialist Assessors and Tutors.
Applicants will require experience of working with students in an educational setting 14-16 and 19+, with strong organisational skills. The Construction Faculty is a high performing & ambitious team to work within, and as such, applicants must also have the ability to work well under pressure, be proactive and adapt to change. Working flexible hours, being an excellent communicator across teams and with external stakeholders is essential.
