You will be joining the Health & Social Care Apprenticeship team that has a mixture of highly experienced and new and developing team members who support each other. Due to our excellent reputation with large employers this has allowed us to expand our team for continued growth, to deliver the new contracts we have secured.

As a qualified level 5 practitioner, you will work with a caseload of Level 4 and 5 apprentices to deliver flexible, high quality training and assessments within the workplace. Key responsibilities will see you focus on managing your diary, delivery face to face and via Teams, observing the apprentices in the workplaces around the Nottinghamshire area. This will allow you to have a level autonomy in supporting your apprentices from sign up to completion.

The right candidate will hold a minimum Level 4 in Care and have experience of managing within a care setting. Your strengths with lie in excellent organisational skills, being able to communicate at all levels (written and verbal), be self-motivated and passionate in your subject area.
