Deputy Exams Officer
The vacancy
DN Colleges Group is looking to employ a Deputy Exams Officer at its Doncaster Campus. The post is responsible for supporting the Lead Exams Officer on behalf of the group and also providing exams leadership for the local centre in managing the effective and efficient administration and conduct of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and/or awarding body rules for exam administration; to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that exams data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively; developing, maintaining and transforming business operations; delivering training in processes associated with the role.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated and have excellent customer service skills. Relevant experience of exams-related processes is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail, good communication skills, and in-depth working experience of using IT tools to work efficiently.
