Student Services Manager
Our Student Services team based at our Central Bedfordshire College campus in Dunstable have a great opportunity for a Student Services Manager.
As a Student Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:
- Signposting and supporting Staff and Students in relation to personal and health-related issues
- Design and supporting a cross-college PPD programme on employability, using GroFar to record activities
- Lead a team of Welfare and Careers Advisors to provide Student support and guidance
- Oversee Student Engagement Lead to maximise the Student experience
- Develop the careers service to maximise the student participation and provide support for bursaries to students
Our ideal candidates will have experience of of working in a Student Services environment and demonstrable experience of leading a team, alongside the following qualifications:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualifications
- Good standard of general education

- 37 hours per week (1.0FTE) / 52 weeks per year
