Quality Lead for Apprenticeship and Work-based learning
The Role:
The quality department at Oldham College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with experience of developing and implementing quality systems to improve organisational performance on apprenticeship programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to join us and deliver a real impact in assisting with the continued growth of the college’s apprenticeship programmes.
The successful candidate will contribute to the quality team by maintaining the high standards of service delivery and assisting the positive outcomes of our apprenticeship provision.
The Role and you:
Working alongside a great set of colleagues you will be at ease preparing and presenting quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indications, trends and areas of concern.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives, you will be able to identify opportunities for future development and their implementation, ensuring compliance with quality standards at all times.
A great communicator you are at ease collaborating with other departments to address any quality issues and implement any effective or developmental actions as necessary
As well as running reports and analysing data you produce accurate findings and strive to keep informed of any reglementary or legislative changes that could affect the Further Education Sector.
