Audit Administration Assistant

About the Role

The Audit Administration assistant role is a key part of our Management Information Systems Department. The role is critical and the post-holder will support the effective auditing of all paperwork/data to ensure we are meeting all our funding requirements.

The post holder will support the auditing of all documentation and highlight any issues to the Audit and ILR Officer, including departments sitting outside of MIS, that have direct impact on our funding requirements. The role requires working closely with Campus and Curriculum Managers and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning.  Your work will ultimately lead to a high quality, robust and MIS service plus positive development of the College reputation.

You will…

You will have experience of working in an administration environment, preferably within an educational sector. You will ideally have knowledge of using computer packages and be able to work accurately to ensure deadlines are met whilst providing excellent customer service.

You will have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE), good IT skills and a high-level of attention to details, a strong customer service approach and be able to work efficiently and proactively.

Department Info

The Audit Administration assistant is key member of the MIS Management Team, reviewing data to ensure that it is accurate and reported timely. You will report to the MIS Campus Lead – DVC (Compliance & Funding Specialism) and will work as part of the MIS Team.
