Enrichment and Student Engagement Officer

Oaklands College based in St Albans Hertfordshire are recruiting for an Enrichment and Student Engagement Officer. The successful applicant will provide development, implementation and delivery of a comprehensive enrichment and programme of activities for all students. You will develop relationships both internally and externally to maximise the effectiveness of the service and the college experience for students.

This role is key to assuring that learners positively engage in extracurricular activities, which enhance their studies, employability and personal development to enhance their opportunities for progression onto further study and or employment.

The successful candidate may have experience of providing enrichment activities working with a diverse range of young people particularly those in the 16-19 age range, hold a level 3 qualification relevant to the role have a keen active interest in sporting activities and / or leisure activities and / or event management.

Required Skills:

• Level 2 English and maths.
• Level 3 qualification in related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
