In the role of Student Records Processor, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront, Huddersfield and your focus will be on ensuring accuracy of student records and data files dedicated to ensuring that the curriculum offer is correctly profiled and ensures maximum funding for the college.

Your key responsibilities will be to ensure accuracy in all data relating to the student’s enrolments and personal information. You will create a course file for the curriculum area in which you will be employed, you will be pivotal during enrolment and create good timetables for students and staff, optimising accommodation and facilities.

Ideally, you’ll have an IT or customer services qualification, (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in computer work and working on large databases or with large sets of data. You will be able to solve problems and ensure that they are not repeated. It’s important that you’re able to demonstrate IT skills as well as being able to easily communicate effectively, engage with young people and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.

Actual salary range: £11,841.45 - £12,621.54
