The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a qualified, experienced, talented and highly motivated Lecturer of Law to join our Business & Technology Learning Area.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver and assess on our Level 3 Access to Law (part of Agored’s Access to Humanities & Social Science Diplomas)
- Part Time (18.5 hours per week)
- Temporary for 1 year
- £11,290.50 - £22,221.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess on Access to HE Diploma [Humanities and Social Sciences pathways]. The ability to teach Law related subjects within vocational specifications e.g. Business is desirable.
- Deliver high quality teaching and learning, effectively monitor and track learner progress, creating a positive environment to enable all learners to reach their full potential in terms of academic, social and personal development
- Applicants will have a commitment to continuous improvement, will contribute effectively to curriculum development, extracurricular activity and assist with the planning and marketing of courses.
About you:
- Possess relevant Degree in Law or related degree.
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification or willing to work towards this qualification
- The ability to effectively deliver and assess on all curriculum identified.
- Be prepared to work flexibly to meet needs of the curriculum.
- Be enthusiastic and inspirational in taking these subjects forward within the college curriculum offering.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £22,581 - £44,442 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
