Arts University Plymouth (AUP), the newest specialist arts university in the UK, is looking for a motivated individual to join the Timetabling team, who deliver a core service to staff and students at AUP. This role will work with the Timetabling Team and the wider university Registry Team to deliver a high quality and efficient timetabling service to students and staff.

About you:

  • You’ll be a highly organised individual with a strong customer focus, with an understanding of administrative and computing skills, including MS Office and Google Apps

  • You will have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers. You will also be someone who is adaptable to different situations and have a methodical approach to administrative processes

  • If you have relevant experience in a Higher Education setting, this would be an advantage

About the role:

  • Support institutional timetable scheduling, resource bookings and attendance monitoring

  • Deal with student and staff queries, monitoring and maintaining student and academic timetables

  • Respond to requests for information and support from staff and students
