Arts University Plymouth (AUP), the newest specialist arts university in the UK, is looking for a motivated individual to join the Timetabling team, who deliver a core service to staff and students at AUP. This role will work with the Timetabling Team and the wider university Registry Team to deliver a high quality and efficient timetabling service to students and staff.
About you:

You’ll be a highly organised individual with a strong customer focus, with an understanding of administrative and computing skills, including MS Office and Google Apps

You will have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers. You will also be someone who is adaptable to different situations and have a methodical approach to administrative processes

If you have relevant experience in a Higher Education setting, this would be an advantage
About the role:

Support institutional timetable scheduling, resource bookings and attendance monitoring

Deal with student and staff queries, monitoring and maintaining student and academic timetables

Respond to requests for information and support from staff and students
