Chaplain

Part Time (22.2 hours), Term Time Only (40 weeks) and Permanent

Actual salary based on full 40 weeks = £13,704 - £16,599

Job Purpose: To coordinate a range of pastoral support, facilities and activities for students and staff, offering multi-faith, no faith, spiritual and cultural support and engagement opportunities.

Essential criteria

  • Proven track record of working with young people in groups. Knowledge and experience of delivering information Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and have or are working towards Level 2 or 3 safeguarding Passion and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion

Desirable criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 and/or Diploma/Qualification in Welfare/Social Studies or Diploma in Youth Work, Chaplaincy or an equivalent qualification
