Enrolment Support Advisor

Part Time (30 hours per week) Fixed Term until 15/09/2023  

Job Purpose: To support the Student Services Team in providing an excellent customer experience via telephone, Live chat and email, including main Reception duties during the Summer Enrolment period.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of working within a front line customer service team, or be able to demonstrate similar experience. All applicants need to be available between 3rd July and 15th September 2023. Ability to deliver a high quality customer focussed service. Ability to implement administration systems.

Desirable criteria

  • Ability to answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh Knowledge of EBS (Tribal) management information system Knowledge of UCAS Application system. An understanding of Further Education system
