Nursing & Clinical Skills Lecturer

Westminster Kingsway College are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic lecturer in Nursing and Clinical Skills. We have a particular interest in registered nurses or HCA's. If you are not a registered nurse but are a senior support worker we still welcome your application.

About the role:
To act as course lecturer and personal tutor and teach a variety of modules on the Health T Level to ensure students that learning the practical and theoretical nursing skills. The T Level qualification is a 2- year level 3 technical qualification.

About you:
You will have appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in Nursing and will have nursing experience. You may also have experience of delivering training qualifications or teaching health qualifications.

You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.

You will need to act as course tutor and personal tutor and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Health T Level programme as well as being able to teach up to level 3 across a range of courses.

You will need to prepare the appropriate teaching materials and keep them up to date and use Microsoft Teams for resources and tutorials.

When appropriate, you will be expected to liaise with employers and help to embed work experience into your curriculum.
