Recruitment Coordinator

FIXED-TERM MATERNITY COVER - 1 YEAR

The Bedford College Group's Human Resources Team, has an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, to become an important part of our colleges, based in Bedford.

The purpose of this role is to support the HR Recruitment Manager to provide a high-quality, efficient, consistent and value added end-to-end recruitment services for all vacancies, demonstrating high levels of customer service to stakeholders across the group.

The role will predominantly involve the management of vacancies within defined areas from advertising through to commencement of employees in post, including but limited to Advertising, Interview Arrangements, Onboarding and Payroll processes.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and resilient team worker, with an ability-multi task. The ability to input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that records are kept up to date in-line with policies and legislation in effect.

Candidates do not need specific Recruitment or HR experience, but will need to be able demonstrate the right transferable skills and behaviours.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 English and Maths qualification, but beyond that The Bedford College Group can support your on-going learning and development in the role. This role will require the successful candidate to complete the CIPD Level 3 qualification and this will be free of cost to the successful candidate.
