Learner Tutorial Content Creator

You will lead on the creation of a holistic tutorial programme, aligned to the college's 9 core skills and the seven well-being goals outlined in the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act. The programme will enable all learners to develop their personal, social and emotional resilience, whilst ensuring that mandatory topics are covered (e.g. Safeguarding and Prevent).

The programme will be created to provide differentiation at Levels 1, 2 and 3 to ensure that learners can access resources and learning outcomes. Each tutorial will be translated to ensure that the programme is available in both Welsh and English.

You will work alongside a digital developer who will turn session content into engaging eLearning modules, building a week-by-week self-directed online tutorial offer.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent GCSE English and/or Welsh at grade C or above (or equivalent) Experience of delivering a time-bound multidimensional project Experience of working with post-16 young people, either as a teacher, a coach or engagement role Highly skilled written and grammatical ability, including copywriting experience Proven track record of creating engaging, innovative and inclusive content to and for young people Ability to turn ideas into interactive and engaging content Welsh language skills are desirable
