We are seeking a Learning Technology Trainer to join our successful team, to cover a period of maternity leave. You would work across both our Uxbridge and Harrow Colleges, supporting staff in the use of e-learning and directed learning through delivering and developing training resources, accessed via Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint sites.
Responsibilities will involve providing first line support for students and staff on Microsoft Products and interactive screens, developing training resources for staff and delivering staff training in the application of blended and directed learning. You would also work with the Advanced Practitioner team to develop online courses.
You should have knowledge of Microsoft and digital tools for teaching and learning, and knowledge of Virtual Learning Environments and on-line learning software. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to train staff effectively. You will have the opportunity to work towards the first stage teaching qualification, the Award in Education and Training, which will be financially supported by the College.
