Arts University Plymouth are seeking to appoint a Student Recruitment and Enquiries Manager who will oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Student Recruitment and Front of House functions within the University to ensure an effective recruitment service to support student number growth.

Working with the Head of Student Recruitment and Admissions, the post-holder will be responsible for the management of all internal and external recruitment events and internal progression activities and communications, ensuring a seamless Pre Degree, Undergraduate and Postgraduate recruitment and enquiries service from an initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will also develop and support the delivery of processes and procedures alongside the university’s CRM and other relevant online systems to contribute to sustainable student recruitment.

You will line manage the Student Recruitment and Front of House Officers, therefore outstanding people management skills are essential. You will also have the ability to be perceptive, approachable and solution focused and excel in communicating with colleagues, wider teams and stakeholders.

You will be confident at giving constructive and supportive feedback, monitoring the impact of all recruitment activity and comfortable to analyse and interpret applicant and student journey data, presenting this to senior stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of utilising a CRM system and event management experience would be advantageous.

You will be enthusiastic about customer service, recruiting students to Arts University Plymouth and have the ability to innovate and motivate. An interest in the Higher Education sector as a whole will be advantageous.
