About You

• Must have as a minimum a Level 4 qualification in IAG &/or teaching qualification 
• English and Maths at Level 2
• Knowledge and experience of 16-19 education, including technical and academic education, Destination pathways - Higher Education, Apprenticeships, Employment and self employment
• Experience of running and delivering group workshops to students
• Experience of leading teams, activities, mentoring, coaching and supporting staff
• Knowledge of barriers to learning or progression and experience of supporting students to overcome these
• Experience of recording, monitoring and analysing quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and influence
