Success Hub Manager

Job Purpose: Based in the Success Centres, the Success Hub is a place for students to focus on the wider skills required for their Learning Programmes.  The manager will lead the colleges approach to tutorial, employability and core skills development.  This will include leading the development of an innovative etutorial/core skills programme. The Success Hub Manager will seek out and identify

enrichment opportunities to enhance the learning programme and to reinforce our mission of producing well rounded global citizens of the future. Direct line management will include the Skills Hub team, Tutorial Team, digital content creators and the Success Centre Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Knowledge of factors that contribute to student success Experience of planning and developing provision Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading teams  Proven track record of creating engaging, innovative and inclusive content to and for young people Experience of working with post-16 young people
