Associate Director, People & Culture (HR, OD, Payroll & EDI)

The College is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to lead and develop a number of the College’s key people services including HR, Organisational Development, Payroll and Equality Diversity & Inclusion. 

The successful candidate will work with the Executive Director to implement and deliver on the College’s People & Culture Strategy.   Playing a central role in driving positive employment relations with College employees and Trade Union colleagues. Ensuring that employment policies and procedures are developed in line with the College Purpose and national agreements.    

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist HR background, with proven knowledge and experience, able to provide expert guidance and advice on current and emerging legislation as well as statutory obligations.
