Lecturer in Skills Specialising in English GCSE for Junior Apprenticeship

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Lecturer in Skills specialising in English GCSE to join our passionate and enthusiastic team at Bridgend College.

Job Purpose: To plan, develop, evaluate and deliver English GCSE programmes for the Junior Apprenticeship 14 - 16 year old learners and to evaluate outcomes.

You will have a proven record of developing and organising work related materials and experience of delivering GCSE and English. You should also hold a PGCE certificate (or be prepared to obtain this) along with a relevant degree. With excellent interpersonal skills you have the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, and be passionate about motivating all learners.
