Apprentice - Administrator and Attendance Co-ordinator - ESOL - c. 18 months contract
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our busy ESOL team (English for Speakers of Other Languages), based primarily at our Hayes Campus. You will support the Administrator/Attendance Co-ordinator and teaching team, and will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of areas of administration, including the monitoring of student records, using IT systems and communicating with students and staff, face to face and over the phone. You will be supported to achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
You should have some previous administrative experience, with good communication, IT and customer service skills. You will be a good communicator who would enjoy working in a busy office environment, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
