Trainer / Assessor For Business Administration / Customer Service

Working across all College sites (Castleford, Selby and Wakefield) and at client premises across the district

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer / Assessor for Business Administration / Customer Service to join our Apprenticeships & Commercial Training team. This opportunity will allow you to pass on your experience and knowledge of the Business Administration / Customer Service sector to young people in order to help support them achieve their goals. 

As a Trainer / Assessor for Business Administration / Customer Service, you will deliver high quality training to both individuals and groups, as well as assess learners in their place of work and College to meet the requirements of the Business Administration apprenticeship programmes.  

We are looking for a qualified professional, who has experience of delivering apprenticeships and a thorough knowledge of vocational qualifications, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work with employers to grow business.

As a Trainer / Assessor for Business Administration / Customer Service you should:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Business Administration and/or Customer Service                          
  • Hold D32/D33, TAQA or A1 Assessor award or willing to undertake.
  • Hold GCSE A* C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent.
  • Have a Full Driving Licence and own transport/or access to transport.
