Our Early Years team, based at Hayes Campus, offers high quality provision and up-to-date expertise with a strong focus on student achievement and excellent links with local employers. We are seeking a full time Lecturer to join our friendly team and teach on a range of programmes including CACHE Diplomas Level 1 to Level 3 (full time and Work Based Learning programmes) and T Levels.

You should be qualified to minimum of Level 3 (preferably degree level) in Early Years, with an assessor qualification and experience of working in education and care. You will have some teaching, training or assessing experience in the subject area. You should also have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage young people aged 16-19. If you do not currently possess an advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector, you will be supported to obtain one, paid for in full by the College.
