In the role of Student Recruitment and College Information Advisor you’ll predominantly be based at Huddersfield Waterfront Centre and your focus will be on supporting the college in achieving it’s enrolment targets by maintaining and sharing course information with potential students.

Your key responsibilities will be providing information and advice to users of the advertised College Information telephone number and email address, ensuring the website is accurate and up to date and supporting the student recruitment team in recruitment activities and events.

Ideally, you’ll have a Level 3 qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment. It’s important that you have excellent IT skills, along with communication skills in both written and verbal format, and understand the importance and impact of excellent customer service. You will also need to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
