Register and Timetabling Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for two Register &Timetabling Officers to join our Management Information Services (MIS) team based at our St Albans campus. The Register & Timetabling Officer role will play an integral part in supporting Curriculum staff to ensure registers and timetables are developed to enable the optimisation of space utilisation across all campuses through the collection and maintenance of registers and timetabling data within the College Management Information Systems.

We are looking for a confident and pro-active individual with great aptitude for customer service, experience of effective scheduling of business activities, using management information systems and an ability to work well under pressure.
