Associate Enrolment Support Assistants

We have a number of great opportunities based at our Bedford campus for flexible hourly-paid Enrolment Support Assistants to become part of our Customer Services department between August and September.

This is a very busy role where you’ll be supporting the team to process full-time confirmation enrolments using our student records system, offering support and guidance with the process and sending out communication.

You will need to have excellent written communication skills, be confident in the use of IT and have fantastic attention to detail to maintain the high standards we expect. You will need to have a professional, calm and confident manner when dealing with people over the telephone or face-to-face.

You will also need to be able to think on your feet to provide a responsive and high quality service to whatever enquiries you are faced with, as well as being good at juggling lots of different tasks at once.

What is an Associate?

Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff. As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you.  Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
