Workplace and Community Coordinator

The Position: We’re looking for a Workplace and Community Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. Initially a three-year fixed term contract

Either way this role is perfect for any enthusiastic administrator who really gets a kick out of changing lives and helping people to increase both their skills and life opportunities. No two days are the same; you could be supporting with recruitment, booking exams, contacting students or ensuring records are up to date. You will be working on a variety of projects, helping our teaching staff to support their students, and working with employers and employees to develop their careers. You would be working in a flexible and supportive team, that are highly experienced and passionate about helping people gain new skills. We are a kind, supportive fun-loving bunch who would love to have you join us.

Responsibilities for the role: 

To co-ordinate and provide administrative support for the delivery of workplace and community programmes in English, maths and ESOL   This role will additionally involve providing support to the Assistant Principal for the area and the wider management team. You will provide a quality service and be the main contact point for internal and external agencies as necessary.  

The Location:  

The post is based in our Nuneaton or Wigston campuses, although much of the work can be off site. This could be on any of the college campuses or in the workplace or various community venues.  

There is also the opportunity to work from home when business demands allow.
