Faculty Centre Administrative Support Assistant - ESOL

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Administrator to provide a high quality and effective administrative and support service for the Assistant Principals, Head of Schools and Curriculum Managers in the College.

About the role:
Reporting to the Operations/CASA Manager, you will be responsible for the general administrative work within the ESOL department.

In addition, the post-holder will determine work priorities without direct supervision and use tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of people face-to-face, by telephone and in writing.

About you:
The successful candidate will be educated to ‘A’ Level standard (or equivalent), will have previous experience in a relevant administrative post and possess excellent administrative and IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with dedicated databases. A flexible approach to work is required, along with the ability to work longer hours at short notice to achieve deadlines. Experience of working in an educational institution is desirable.
