DGHE (David Game Higher Education) is the higher education division of David Game College. Established in 1974 the College is Ofsted inspected, QAA (Quality Assurance Agency) reviewed and OfS registered, with a reputation for quality and academic excellence.

With an expanding course portfolio and growing student body, we now require an enthusiastic, hard-working, and experienced recruitment and sales officer to join the DGHE team in April 2023.

The recruitment and sales officer will support the admissions and marketing teams, in ensuring the highest professional service standards are provided in the College in relation to the recruitment, admission and induction of students.

The appointee will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. The nature of the work requires an individual with good interpersonal skills who can work across functions of the College.

There is an option to work remotely during quiet periods. This will work out as an average of one day per week.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for sales and recruitment and a strong desire to help prospective students achieve their educational goals. You should be comfortable working with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.

You should have a customer-centric approach to your work and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be able to work well under pressure.

If you have experience in higher education recruitment and admissions processes, this is a plus. However, if you are a recent graduate looking to gain experience in sales and recruitment, we encourage you to apply.
