HRUC is a newly merged College Group, bringing together Richmond Upon Thames College and HCUC (2017 merger of Harrow College and Uxbridge College) in January 2023. As a newly merged group, we are a hugely ambitious organisation with very high expectations, and have far reaching ambitions for our IT and digital provision.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you would drive the adoption and integration of digital technology and data, integrating IT systems, hardware and software across the College Group to ensure maximum impact. You would have a key role in shaping the vision of the College’s IT provision, whilst leading a team of IT staff and ensuring targets are effectively planned, monitored and delivered.
You will need to possess senior leadership experience in an IT or Information Systems role, with experience of developing and implementing standards-based service delivery models for IT and Information systems, and experience of managing large scale ICT Infrastructures and projects. You will have strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams, together with the drive and ambition to ensure the College realises its vision.
