Further Education Director: Sport, Uniformed Services, Digital Tech, Arts & Animal Management

DN Colleges is looking to appoint Further Education Director of Sports, Public Services, Digital, Visual Arts and Animal Management - To support our mission ensuring that students are at the centre of everything we do. We expect all of our staff to listen to our students and positively contribute to the student experience and individual success of our students.

The post holder will provide strategic leadership and direction for academic staff, developing a culture of high aspirations and standards where students are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential and progress.

You will ensure that the curriculum is responsive and highly relevant to the needs of both students and the wider community and that this is underpinned by outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.

The candidate will have Significant experience in a substantial management position within a FE environment. 

Ideally you will hold a management qualification or evidence of substantial management training and development. 

This post will close on the 20th March, Interviews will be conducted 31st March.
