Contract: Part time, variable hours - multiple posts available.
We are looking for talented lecturers to join our high performing Art & Design team with particular skills and experience. We are interested in individuals to work on flexible sessions/days/evenings to deliver:
· Small Group Tuition with identified 16-18 year old students within teaching sessions & outside of teaching sessions to support their achievement & progression across Levels 1, 2 & 3 Art & Design
· Adult Part Time Courses offered in the day/evening in Adobe Photo-Shop & Illustrator
· Adult Part Time Courses offered in the day/evening in Drawing & Painting & Print-Making
You will be a responsible, confident and supportive teacher who has the skills to engage students. You will have an empathic and supportive approach to working with students to raise their aspirations and build their confidence to meet their full potential. You should have a background in art & design and have experience & qualification in teaching.
Applicants must be passionate about teaching in the FE sector and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. Sessional tutors will be paid on an hourly rate.
The Art & Design team is made up of highly skilled industry trained staff and academically qualified tutors. You will join a group of passionate and dedicated staff who offer innovative and supporting teaching to our cohort, which ranges from level 1 through to level 6. The Team is growing and this is an ideal opportunity to join the team.
