Lecturer Electrical/Electronic Engineering

An exciting appointment has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach on predominantly higher education programmes in Electronic Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess a suitable qualification (minimum level 6) and have experience of teaching a range of Electronic Engineering related topics in a post-16 setting. Experience of working with HE learners and possessing a recognised teaching qualification is also desirable. 

Working as part of a team, you will develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year.  Ensuring excellence in teaching and learning is a key priority for the College and you will be expected to make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this subject area. 

As a confident communicator, you need to be an enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential. You will have good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly.
