The Role

We’re currently looking for an Senior Organisational Development Manager to join us, to contribute to the strategic and operational effectiveness of the College, reflecting the standards, vision and values of the College and deliver on key performance indicators across the College, aiming to always deliver continuous improvement that leads to high performance.

Supporting a service that creates, builds and promotes great leadership at all levels, you’ll develop and deliver high quality learning and development interventions to develop every colleague at every level across the college.

About You

A true leader, with enthusiasm and energy, you’ll be CIPD qualified with comprehensive experience of delivering high quality, impactful organisational development projects and interventions. With a real appetite to drive success, you’ll have significant change management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
