Trainer Assessor Engineering

The successful applicant will ideally be a motivated and experienced practitioner and will be able to deliver one of a range of subjects such as plumbing, electrical engineering or air conditioning and undertake training and assessing activities. 

You must have experience of working within the industry and hold qualifications relevant the industry, with a minimum of Level 3, and ideally hold assessing qualifications.

You will be enthusiastic and fully committed to working with young people. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will ideally be a qualified teacher; however financial support may be available to gain a teaching qualification if you do not currently hold one but have substantial industry knowledge and experience in this curriculum area.

The post may require that some assessments are undertaken on the site of the employer so a full driving licence and access to own transport are also essential.
