We are seeking to appoint a part time Learning Resource Supervisor to assist in the running of the College’s Learning Resource Centre at Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald Campuses. The role involves the supervision of Learning Centre support staff and the development of the centre to meet the needs of the users, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service. You would also develop the learning resources, including online resources.
You should be educated to Level 3, with good literacy skills, and experience of working in a library/learning resource centre. You should also have excellent working knowledge of IT systems, preferably some knowledge of e-resources and ideally knowledge of library management systems. Excellent customer service and organisational skills are also required, together with some previous supervisory experience.
