WHAT WE DO

The Quality Standards team are looking for an experienced administrator, to join the team, to support data and reporting across the Luminate Education Group.

As a department the team support quality assurance and improvement across a diverse curriculum. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.

The role will support the quality team in providing a high quality service to their customers. Knowledge of education would be advantageous but is not essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the administration of quality monitoring activities, such as student and stakeholder surveys, performance reports, awarding organisation feedback and other quality assurance activity.
  • Analyse data and information received, preparing reports and updates, highlighting key points for further consideration.
  • Supporting the Head of Quality Standards with quality reviews of courses and departments, including preparing and collating data/information for these reviews and co-ordinating logistical arrangements for these and other information/training workshops.
  • Collating information produced at departmental levels, such as self-assessment, quality improvement and complaints; identifying themes, trends and areas for further work or support.
  • Communicating information to departments about quality assurance and awarding organisation activities and external quality benchmarks and standards, in collaboration with Head of Quality Standards and Deputy Head of Quality Improvement.
  • Support the administration of quality monitoring activities, such as student and stakeholder surveys, reports on awarding organisation, thematic deep dive activity, work scrutiny and other quality assurance activity.
  • Supporting the Head of Quality Standards with quality performance reviews, including preparing and collating data/information for these reviews and co-ordinating logistical arrangements for these and other information/training workshops.
  • Collating information produced at departmental levels, such as self-assessment, quality improvement and complaints; identifying themes, trends and areas for further work or support.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Knowledge and experience of IT in a business / educational context e.g. Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience of working in an administration role within a busy, professional office environment.
  • Experience of liaising and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Build positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, students, employers and partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with internal and external stakeholders, whether orally or in writing.
  • High levels of skill and attention to detail when monitoring data compliance and the quality of completion.
  • Knowledge and experience of using management information systems and following process.
  • Ability to interpret data, producing reports on progress against outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in an educational setting would be advantageous
