Each day is varied so if you're looking for a new challenge then this is the role for you!

  • You will be an innovative teacher with a proven record of ‘good or better’ teaching, learning and assessment practice.
  • Responsibilities will include the sharing of innovative digital practice, mentoring underperformance, completing short lesson visits and learning walks and delivering training to maximise the digital skill development of our staff.
  • We would be particularly interested in applicants who can demonstrate a track record of implementing digital feedback and assessment strategies and have an active interest and/or experience in the implementation of AI and VR.

Your Profile

  • Recent and current experience of teaching in FE and supporting the development of TLA and digital innovation.
  • A proven track record of developing innovative practice
  • Demonstrates current knowledge and understanding of pedagogy and a holistic approach to teaching, learning and assessment
  • Demonstrates significant experience of working successfully with different groups of staff and students
  • Up to date knowledge of educational and technological research to develop evidence-based practice
  • Knowledge of blended learning strategies and how these can be used to ensure maximum impact on student progress, as a result of learning in and outside of the classroom
  • Proven track record in supporting staff to improve performance in teaching, learning and assessment
  • You will have a confident and empathic approach and be able to build relationships with colleagues built on trust and credibility, getting the best out of those that you work with.
