Course Team Leader - Beauty Therapy

As Course Team Leader: Beauty Therapy, you will teach across a range of programmes and be responsible for the curriculum management of the section, including ongoing curriculum development and implementation of new commercial courses in response to employer and market needs.  You will also be the Lead for Internal Quality Assurance and the School’s Assessment Health Check, organise and facilitate events and open days, and be a lead tutor for Level 2 Technical Certificate and Level 3 Technical Diploma for Beauty Therapy.

You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in the subject area, with an advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (PGCE, DET or equivalent) and be a qualified assessor.    You will be well organised, with at least 2 years’ experience of teaching Beauty, and preferably experience of teaching the Level 2 and/or Level 3 Technical qualifications.
