Head of Faculty ESOL

We are looking for:

Head of Faculty – ESOL (English for Speakers of other languages)

The Role:

We are looking for an effective and efficient leader to work with the Vice Principal to achieve the vision and strategic priorities of the college and take our already exceptional ESOL department to the next level.

Able to develop and implement innovative teaching, learning and assessment methods you are a positive role model and strive to lead by example.

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of staff within the Faculty including recruitment, induction, appraisals and performance management.

Using your leadership skills, you will develop and support your team to deliver excellence in teaching, improving learner outcomes and engaging with employers and other stakeholders to develop the curriculum provision and delivery models.
