About the role

Playing an integral part of the learner’s study programme and as part of this team, you will work closely with specific curriculum areas and will be central to our success in the delivery of good quality industry placements; You’ll also be responsible for the following:

  • Plan and deliver skills related sessions to the students throughout the academic year
  • Carry out placement prep sessions, career progress and enrichment activities
  • Promote the College with employers, sector bodies, schools and the local community, developing effective partnerships with employers, the funding agencies and other representative bodies

About you

  • Hold Level 2 Maths and English
  • Hold a recognised national qualification to a level 3 or higher
  • Significant experience and knowledge of the FE Section and employment sectors
  • Confident to liaise with Students, employers and the curriculum teams, with excellent levels of communication, time management skills
