The role:
An exciting opportunity to work alongside an established team as a Careers Development Officer is now available. You will be joining a good provider at a time when making a difference to people’s lives is even more important than ever; you will take the lead with developing job opportunities and career progression with WAES learners.
Within this role you will deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and support across the Learner Journey – Support with Learner Interviews, deliver CEIAG, Initial Assessments and Careers Presentations.
You will support with the implementation of a new Careers and Employability Hub at out Lisson Grove Centre, offering a one-stop shop for all things related to careers and employability.
The role involves supporting learners with UCAS, facilitating, and delivering cross-service enrichment activities throughout the year and working alongside a team of Careers Development Officers.
