We are looking for someone to join our Apprenticeship team here at Nottingham College who is passionate about working with young people and ensuring that our students receive the best possible experience.

The successful candidate will work with the Head of Apprenticeships and the wider Wellbeing team to develop and deliver effective Wellbeing and Enrichment programme to enhance the student experience. They will also support the Apprentices at the residential setting which provides a chance to obtain feedback on their experience and help create positive changes at Nottingham College.

You will therefore possess a commitment to the highest standards in delivery an exceptional customer experience, which will be partly achieved by championing a customer first approach with teams and colleagues to continually improve the delivery of Student Voice and to ensure better outcomes for students.

The successful candidate will also have clear drive and ambition to ensure that the College becomes an outstanding provider of education and skills coupled with experience of planning and delivery student activities across a diverse and multi-site organisation.

In addition to this, you would need to be a team player and motivator of people with an ability to develop positive, collaborative working relationship with partners and colleagues. You will also be skilful in handling conflict positivity and in achieving positive resolutions.

Highly effective organisation and prioritisation skills and a level 2 in maths and English or equivalent are essential.
